Video captured during endoscopic metabolic surgery is presented. The procedure was performed by Luis Betances, MD, CEDIMAT, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, using the CLARA and CHROMA modules with a KARL STORZ HD camera head with a 5mm 30-degree scope.
