This video describes an innovative approach to vaginal hysterectomy using the KARL STORZ VITOM® Exoscope in combination with the IMAGE1 S system of image enhancement tools. In the demonstration clip, a conventional IMAGE1 image is compared with a view selected from the primary menu that uses the CLARA image enhancements. The clip shows a view with illumination provided only by the boom lights, as well as another that is illuminated by the VITOM with CLARA.
